Had a customer cutting window tint on FilmCut software.
Saga P1350II vinyl cutter.
The cutter was cutting multiple pieces of tint.
Problem: The tint pieces were over-cutting prior pieces already cut on the tint roll.
Resolution: Had to restart the software and restart the cutter and also pressing the the cut button once and waiting up to 5 seconds before the cut is sent. Do not press the cut button multiple times otherwise it will interfere with the data transfer
Root Cause: Pressing the cut button multiple times.
